Description
The Fragrance
Multi-faceted and a lover of art and design, the HOMME Parfum man is a curious traveller and explorer with an innate passion for beauty. In a continuous search for excellence, he expresses his own style and choices—sonic like a silk velvet jacket, an ageless affirmation of the highest quality. A sophisticated and premium blend of natural, rare elements—most of which are created by the prestigious LMR* laboratory in Grasse—concentrated as an extrait de parfum.
The freshness of the citrus notes of grapefruit and bergamot oil combine in perfect harmony with the spicy extract of LMR* cardamom. In the heart, the essence marries the intensity of LMR* cinnamon with the extract of a trio of different types of LMR* vetiver and mellows it with the delicate notes of LMR* patchouli oil. A woody cocktail of musk, sandal, and LMR* cistus labdanum accentuates the depth of the fragrance, creating a harmonious warm accent right through the base notes. This is an authentic celebration of the eclectic soul of the modern man.
The bottle is an iconic design object: solid and refined, it captures the strength and character of the HOMME Parfum man, exuding sophistication, elegance, and timeless appeal.

He is a daring, instinctive, yet also very rigorous formulator—a man who is particularly inventive and an extraordinary technician.
Distinctive note
Vetiver extract
Smell: Dried and woody with hints of liquorice and ginger.
Origin: Vetiver is a native plant of India, known to the population since the time of the Vedas. Vetiver was used in ancient medicine for its numerous benefits. In mythology, it was considered an herb with properties that could remove negative energy, while its fragrance was believed to drive away evil spirits. For this reason, vetiver roots were woven with carpet yarns and used in the construction of thatched huts. It plays a key role as a base note in perfumery and is one of the rare fixative essences extracted from the plant world.
Extraction: Steam distillation of the roots captures the complex, earthy aroma of vetiver.
